Each plugin has one license for one WooCommerce installation. The price is on the product page. At checkout you choose the update period and, if you need it, a license for a second store at 40% off.
Every license includes 12 months of updates and support. You can choose 24 months (+40%) or 36 months (+70%) at checkout. New versions are in My licenses under Downloads; the Documentation tab of each plugin shows how to install an update. When the period ends, the plugin keeps working and you keep every version released during it. Renewal is optional and costs 50% of the current price.
www., shop., staging..localhost, private IP addresses and host names ending in .local, .test or .localhost.The plugin checks with our server that its license is valid for your store's domain: when you save the key, then once a day, only from your WooCommerce admin panel. Storefront requests never wait for it. It sends the license key, the plugin ID and version, your store's host names, the WordPress and WooCommerce versions and the sales channel of the package and a random one-time value. No customer, order or personal data.
A new installation works for 14 days before a key is needed, and if our server cannot be reached the plugin keeps working for 14 days. Without a valid license the plugin switches its own features off safely: no error, no message to your customers, your checkout keeps working and your settings are kept.
If a plugin does not work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first purchase of it, from your account or by ticket. No questions. The license is deactivated when the refund is issued. The details are in the refund policy.
