How do I install the plugin?
- Upload the plugin. Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin: choose the .zip from My licenses and click Install Now.
- Activate. Activate it on the Plugins screen. WooCommerce must be active; the plugin tells you if it is not.
- Enter the license key. WooCommerce > Settings, the plugin's own tab: paste the key from My licenses. You have 14 days to do it; staging and local sites are included.

Which WooCommerce versions does it work with?
WooCommerce 10.1 – 11.2, WordPress 6.7+. Tested on WooCommerce 11.2.1 and WordPress 7.1.3. The Compatibility tab lists every version range.
Do the plugins work with HPOS and the block checkout?
Yes. Every plugin declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage and the Cart and Checkout blocks, and is tested in both the block and the classic cart and checkout.
Will they work with my theme?
They use WooCommerce hooks, blocks and the Store API instead of template overrides, so block themes and classic themes both work. We test on Twenty Twenty-Five.
What does the license cover?
One production store domain with every subdomain (www, shop., staging.), plus local development hosts such as localhost, *.local and *.test. A store on another domain needs its own license; a second-store license is 40% off. You have 14 days after installing to enter the key. 12 months of updates and support are included; after that the plugin keeps working and renewals are 50% off. How licensing works
Can I get a refund?

Overview
Trade and repeat buyers know what they want: a list of part numbers and quantities. Making them click through product pages one item at a time costs you orders. Quick Order Form gives them one page where they type SKUs, paste a list or upload a CSV, see every line checked with their own price, stock and quantity rules, and put everything into the cart with one click.

- Paste a list: one product per line, SKU and quantity separated by a comma, tab, semicolon or space; copied straight from a spreadsheet or an e-mail.
- Upload a CSV (SKU, quantity; header row and quoted values are fine) or download the template.
- Every line is checked before it reaches the cart: found, published, purchasable, in stock, minimum, maximum and quantity step. Problem lines stay red with the reason and a one-click fix ("Use 12"); a product with options offers its options in a dropdown.
- One click adds all valid lines; the server checks every line again, so prices and stock never come from the browser.
- Reorder: any past order back on the form with today's prices and stock, also from My Account > Orders > Quick reorder.
- Saved lists in My Account: save the form as "Weekly restock", load it next week.
- Who may use it: everyone, logged-in customers, or chosen roles (a wholesale role). Others see a short note.

Compatibility

- Classic cart and checkout, Cart and Checkout blocks (the lines go into the same WooCommerce cart), mini cart refresh.
- High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the legacy order storage; block and classic themes.
- Prices come from WooCommerce (
wc_get_price_to_display), so role and customer price plugins that use the WooCommerce price filters are respected. Quantity rules use the WooCommerce quantity filters, so min/max plugins are respected too.
What it does not do
- It does not change prices or create discounts.
- Grouped, external and bundle-type products are refused with a note (they need their own product page). Developers can allow other types with the
kv_qo_type_supportedfilter.
Installation
Requirements
- WordPress 6.7 or later, WooCommerce 10.1 or later (tested with 11.2.1), PHP 7.4 - 8.3
- No database tables; saved lists are stored with the customer account
Install
- Download
kv-quick-order-kv.zipfrom My licences > Downloads on woocommerce.kaviolabs.com. - In WordPress: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the zip, Install Now, Activate.
- A page called Quick Order is created with the form. Add it to your menu.
- Open WooCommerce > Settings > Quick Order Form, choose who may use the form and enter your licence key at the bottom. The plugin works for 14 days without a key.
Update
Upload the new zip the same way and choose Replace current with uploaded. Settings and saved lists are kept.
Uninstall
Deactivating hides the form; nothing else changes. Deleting the plugin removes the settings, the saved lists of your customers and the Quick Order page it created only when Remove data on uninstall is ticked. Orders are never changed.

Using the form
Type
Click a line and type at least two characters of a SKU or product name. Pick a product with the mouse, or with the arrow keys and Enter. An exact SKU followed by Enter is enough. A new empty line appears below.
Paste a list
Click Paste a list, paste lines like these and click Check and add to the form:

FX-77 25The same SKU twice is added up. Lines without a SKU or with a bad quantity are skipped and counted in the message.
Upload a CSV
Click Upload CSV and drop or choose a .csv or .txt file with the columns SKU and quantity (header row optional, up to 500 KB). Download a CSV template gives you an example.
Fix red lines
Each red line says why: no product with that SKU, out of stock, only 3 in stock, minimum quantity, steps of 6, up to 1. Click the suggestion ("Use 12") or change the quantity; a product with options shows a dropdown with its options. Remove a line with the x.
Add to cart
The footer shows the total, the number of lines and items, and how many lines still need a fix. Add to cart adds every valid line; the server checks each one again. A line that ran out of stock meanwhile stays on the form in red.
Reorder and saved lists (logged-in customers)
- Reorder lists the last ten orders; Load puts an order back on the form with today's prices and stock. My Account > Orders has a Quick reorder button on every order.
- Saved lists: give the form a name and Save the form as a list. Load or delete lists later. A list with the same name is replaced.
FAQ
Which price does the buyer see?
The price WooCommerce shows that buyer on the product page (wc_get_price_to_display), so sale prices and role or customer price plugins that use the WooCommerce price filters are shown. The cart always calculates the price again on the server.
Can a buyer order more than is in stock?
No. Stock, backorders, minimum, maximum, step and "sold individually" are checked on the form and again when the lines are added.
Does it work with the Cart and Checkout blocks?
Yes. The lines go into the normal WooCommerce cart, so the block cart, the classic cart and the mini cart show them.
Can I keep the form for wholesale customers only?
Yes: Who can use it > Only the roles below, and choose your wholesale role.
Are the saved lists personal data?
They are stored with the customer account and included in the WordPress personal data export and erase tools.
Does it slow down my store?
The script and style load only where the form is shown. Searches use the WooCommerce product search (8 results per request).
